🌱Roots & Beginnings
Alejandro Duran’s journey began in the soil — quite literally. As a young boy, when he wasn’t playing baseball, he was gardening with his father, using tools miniaturized just for him. Baseball was his first passion, but gardening was always in his blood. Even as Freshman Captain, always first on the field and last to leave, the white lines of the diamond were his sanctuary — a place where everything else disappeared.
⚾The Turning Point
A fractured hand ended his baseball dreams — a crushing moment. But with strong grades, Alejandro earned his place at Cal Poly Pomona. He dove into entrepreneurship and mechanics, working on classic cars and becoming part of a well-known car scene. But life spiraled. A heartbreak and a series of poor decisions left him feeling lost — drifting through tough times and losing his sense of direction.
✝️Faith, Family & Redemption
In his darkest moments, Alejandro found clarity — and God. Through pain and raw self-reflection, he began the climb back. From tears over a cold Powerade to the moment his family stood by him, he knew he had a second chance. He reconnected with his parents, picked up the gardening tools once more, and started over — this time with purpose.

Fields by Duran— a company rooted in three generations of love for the land. Today, Alejandro leads a growing team, serving multimillion-dollar clients across Southern California with precision landscaping, honesty, and heart. He’s a risk-taker, but now only with business — because too many people depend on him.
